Isam Elias

Isam Elias is a Palestinian pianist, composer, singer and songwriter. Born in 1991 in Nazareth, he was touched by traditional Arab music from an early age, and began playing the piano at the age of 6.

He co-founded the Ghazall Band as songwriter, pianist and keyboardist. Their debut album A Tareeq, was released in 2017. In the same year, Isam Elias graduated from the Rimon School of Jazz & Contemporary Music, specializing in piano performance and music production.

He also co-founded Zenobia, an electric duo combining Arabic pop melodies, Palestinian/Syrian dabkeh rhythms, synths and powerful beats with occasional dub overtones. They released their debut album Halak Halak in 2019 on Crammed Discs Records.

Isam Elias created his Solo project in Paris in 2024.
The project itself is a journey through Western productions and rhythms, foregrounding piano alongside synthesizers, with Afro-Oriental dance vibes and touches of dancehall. Blending Eastern folk melodies with powerful electronic sounds and Middle Eastern dabkeh and dance rhythms.

He released his debut EP TUBES in June 2025. TUBES is a f ive-track release developed from Isam’s live performances. The EP translates the energy and dynamics of the stage into recorded form, combining piano, synthesizers, electronic rhythms, and vocals. Rooted in improvisation, TUBES reflects Isam’s signature Afro-electronic sound, bridging live musicianship with contemporary dance and melodic influences.
